Integrated Design Associates is a firm providing architectural, landscape architectural and heritage services based in the Blue Mountains. The design team bring together an ethos of site responsive design, environmental sensitivity, and practical solutions.
The company was formed in 1993 seeking to approach work with integrity and conscientious attention to the needs of clients and the wider community.
Integrated Design Associates carries $5 million cover Professional Indemnity Insurance & $10 million cover Public Liability Insurance. The Company uses a combination of ArchiCad & Vectorworks documentation services according to the needs of the project.
Integrated Design Associates seeks to provide sensible economic and environmentally sensitive solutions that suit the clients needs as well as creating attractive and comfortable spaces for living, working, or relaxing. The design team of Integrated Design Associates includes architects, landscape architects and heritage consultants, bringing together a variety of experience and expertise to provide a total building and site design service. The directors are associates of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, and the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, professional bodies ensuring ongoing training and the best quality service to clients.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Robert is Principal Landscape Architect located at our Wentworth Falls office. He obtained his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Canberra University in 1988, and his Advanced Certificate of Urban Horticulture in 1994. He completed a course in Tree Care Practices at Ryde in 2000. Robert has been an Associate of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects for over sixteen years. He has a wide ranging knowledge of plant types and climatic conditions and has considerable experience in landscape design throughout central and southern NSW including public parks, street scape & street tree planning, large and small private gardens, residential estates and medium density housing, landscapes of heritage significance, wineries, medium sized industrial facilities, commercial premises, churches, schools, farms and public authorities facilities.
1989 - 1993 Robert worked as Senior Landscape Architect with Michael Bligh and Associates in Goulburn. During this time he was in charge of staff and contractors carrying out the design and management of projects up to $1 million in construction value.
Since 1993 Robert has as principal in Integrated Design carried out a variety of public and private landscape commissions.

MARGARET FALLON BArch RAIA

M argaret is Principal Architect of Integrated Design Associates. She obtained her Bachelor of Architecture at Canberra University in 1989 and is a registered Architect with the NSW Board of Architects. Along with her experience in commercial, public and private design projects and construction management, Margaret has a keen interest in community and environmental design issues.
Margaret is a heritage consultant, registered with the NSW Heritage Office and has carried out a number of heritage studies. She has also spent time on secondment to the NSW Heritage Office within the Local Government Approvals section.
Margaret has worked as a Senior Project Architect at Garry Dutaillis and Associates Architects. In this role Margaret was Project Director for a number of commercial and Public Works contracts up to a value of $1.5 Million. Margaret acted as head consultant in the project management team on a wide range of projects.
